I bought a piece for a family member for her birthday. She loves it!!! However it arrived almost a week after her birthday. I recommend transparency with buyers. If you donāt have a backup plan for keeping orders moving you should. The information said it would arrive a week earlier. I appreciate the refund of my shipping costs. A suggestion is that you should have shipped it overnight. Your pieces are delightful! I will exercise caution when ordering a piece on a timeline moving forward.
